For a joke weapon:
Select a character. In the character select screen, hit the START key
13 times.  On the 13th time, hold the START button and hold the BLOCK
key until the loading screen appears.

To taunt your opponent:
1. Tap repeatedly on the guard button, or;
2. When facing left press down, down+left, left and start button.

To select color:
Hold start when selecting your character.

Open hidden character:
Finish the game with the highest difficulty in PC mode.  Press up in
the character select screen and Redeye will become available.

Special message:
When you finish the game with a character you will see short replays of
your battles. During the replay of the battle against Redeye (in arcade
mode, or against the last character (in PC mode), press and hold any button
to hear a message from your character.
