Rayman Gold Cheat Codes

To access all levels, select a world on the main map.  Hold TAB and enter OPENALL,
then press BACKSPACE.

In a level, hold TAB and type in these codes:
POINTS                Maximum energy
GOLDENS               Show all gold coins
LIVES05, BACKSPACE    5 extra lives
LIVES20, BACKSPACE    20 extra lives
LIVES50, BACKSPACE    50 extra lives
MOVERAY, BACKSPACE    Move anywhere in the level by using arrow keys  (type
                      again for normal mode)
