You will need any hex editor to perform these cheats. With editor load 
savegame file (save.dat). You may use offsets shown in below 
tables to locate particular hero or NPC. Notice that when you edit 
a member of party, they you dismiss this person his record in savegame
will be updated and next time you meet this NPC he/she will have the
same stats.
